Return/Refund Policy:

Due to their personal nature, all BioGeometry jewellery is a final sale (BioSignatures pendants, BioSignatures rings, and all pendants and personal products that are worn on the body).

All other unused products (excluding the BioSignatures pendants, BioSignatures rings, and all pendants and personal products worn on the body) are valid for a return and refund within 15 days of receiving the products.

Note: You must contact us first to see if you are eligible for any refund.

We strongly suggest shipping your return using regular tracked shipping. We are not responsible for return packages not received. Eligible returns/refunds are only pertaining to the product, not the shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the items.
