This is an intimate 2-night experience with Guy and Matt — from Friday afternoon until Sunday lunch — designed for those ready to step away from the noise and reconnect to what's real.
The rise of Artificial Intelligence, the flood of information, and the relentless pace of the world is disconnecting us from our true self, our soul self, and each other. This weekend is about coming together in an intimate setting with like-minded people who are already doing this work and ready to take it further. To reconnect to your Authentic Intelligence: your inner knowing, your gut instinct, and your ability to trust yourself again.

This is an intimate, down to earth experience, held in a beautiful home, where we all want to connect and come together like a 'spiritual' family working in collaboration. All rooms are shared and twin bed options only. The majority of the group will be staying in the house with 6 bedrooms. The rooms are configured differently from 2 beds up to 5 beds. There are other options outside the house yet to be confirmed. Once the tickets are finalised we will know the exact configuration. And strive to create the most comfortable room assignments for those coming as we are aware there are friends and possible groups interested.
Once you purchase your ticket you will receive and email with all of the details for the experience including what to bring, how best to get to the venue, parking and access etc.. Stay Tuned.
But we do recommend the following:

- Notepad and paper
If you have an itch inside of you that you struggle to scratch, or a yearning for more that you can't quite put your finger on... then you're ready ;) If all you did was say 'I'm gonna give it my best and see what happens', we'd be really surprised if you weren't better off mentally, emotionally and physically than you are right now after the experience.
Usually between 12 - 16 TBC .. We want it to be the right people and keep it intimate so we can go deep and resolve each individuals challenges personally. This is going to an epic, group-coaching style experience of change and growth.
We appreciate that you might be nervous, (isn't that interesting?) And know that you will be stepping into a safe, sacred and loving space. You'll be amazed at the kind of people an event like this attracts, and how we are all very similar in some ways.
And you Know Guy and Matt have worked with thousands of people in larger groups like this, and rest assured you are in good hands.
Yes, it will be home cooked and most produced sourced from the valley we are staying in... Also Vegan, Gluten Free and Dairy Free options are available upon request...
Absolutely! We have a whole infrastructure for support and community if you choose to continue to work with us and evolve your spiritual development.
Workshops
Your place at the Soul Solution Reset is confirmed once payment or your first instalment has been received.
Payment options are:
- 3 monthly instalments of $665, or
- One full payment of $1,995.
Cancellations made on or before 31st May 2026 will receive:
- a refund of all monies paid minus a $350 non-refundable deposit/cancellation fee, or
- a credit for the amount paid (less the $350 fee) to be used toward a future Live In Flow event or retreat within 12 months.
Cancellations made after 31st May 2026 are non-refundable due to the intimate nature of the experience and limited availability.
Due to the intimate and application-only nature of the Soul Solution Reset, bookings are non-transferable. Participants may not privately sell or transfer their ticket to another person.
If a participant can no longer attend, Live In Flow may choose to offer the place to someone on the waitlist or another approved applicant at its sole discretion. Placement is not guaranteed, and the standard cancellation policy will still apply.
We reserve the right to cancel the event if minimum numbers are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, all payments made to Live In Flow will be refunded in full.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if we believe the experience is not the right fit for the participant. In this case, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
If the event is impacted by force major circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, acts of war, civil unrest, pandemics, transport disruptions, or other events beyond our control, refunds will not be provided. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or disruptions.
Trip cancellation and travel insurance is strongly recommended whenever making travel plans.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
