Q: Will there be a lunch break?

Yes, we break for lunch. Depending on the venue location there may be options to purchase lunch at a nearby café or supermarket or we may advise you to bring your own if these facilities are not nearby. We recommend you bring along some easy to eat fruits/snacks and plenty of water for the day.

Q: What do I need to bring?

Once you purchase your ticket you will receive and email with all of the details for the day including what to bring, how best to get to the venue, parking and access and options for lunch.

Q: Is there wifi available?

Wifi is available only in the main hall and reception area.

Q: Is there a laundry for washing?

Guests may use the onsite washing machine for a price of 5€.

Q: What is the food like?

It is vegetarian and vegan served as a buffet. Food is organic and local wherever possible. We will send you a questionnaire to inform us of any special dietary requirements and/or allergies.

Q: What are the start and finish times?

Please arrive at Monte Velho Retreat Centre between 3pm - 5.30pm (no later) on Sunday April 12th. Everybody must depart from Monte Velho Retreat Centre by midday Saturday April 18th.

Q: How will I get to the retreat centre?

Faro is the closest airport (75mins drive from the venue) From Faro airport you have 3 options: Book in for our airport transfer service (not included in the retreat fee). Depending on numbers it will be approximately 25 - 30€ per person Email info@liveinflow.co to book your place Rent a car and drive yourself. Takes around 1h 20min drive Public transport Take the bus to Faro railway station and then the train to Lagos. From there, walk to the bus station and take a bus to Vila do Bispo. From Vila do Bispo the only way to arrive is by Taxi (approx 15€)

Q: Can you please explain the different room types?

Dorm Room - This is a shared Dorm with 6 beds, located close to the Yoga Shala. Toilet and showers are located 100 metres away from the Dorm. Quad Room - This is a shared room with 4 beds. A Cozy and colorful hall with 2 beds, mezzanine and an inner double room with 2 beds. Private bathroom, Terrace with daybed and hammock. Triple Room - This is a shared room with 3 beds. Cozy and colorful hall with 1 or 2 beds and an inner double room. Private bathroom, Terrace with daybed and hammock. Double Room - This is a shared room for 2 people. Can be 2 x singles or 1 couple. Double bedroom with one queen size bed and single bed. Private bathroom, Terrace with daybed and hammock. Single Room - This is a booking for an individual only. A double room (outlined above) is usually allocated to a single booking.
